Tell us more about shaking and rough roads.

It's an F-350. It's a 1-ton heavy duty truck with really stiff springs, not a limo. It's never going to ride nicely (until loaded). Especially Fords. The suspension is just really crude.

Check the tire pressure. Make sure it matches what it says on your door jamb sticker

If you still think it's abnormal (test drive another one to compare) then there might be a problem with the suspension. Bad shocks or something. Record a video, or ask them to test drive it with you. You paid a lot of money, and they need to diagnose it on warranty time.

My father-in-law has the same issue when it's unloaded vs loaded. He drives a 2000 E350, which is the same chassis, but with a van, not a truck. We have gravel driveways. If it's loaded, it rides smoother. If it's unloaded, it rides pretty rough. @imperator said, these aren't limousines, they're the mother of all work trucks. A crude suspension (solid axle rear end and heavy-duty leaf springs in the back) is not a very good combination. It's designed to ride rough, unloaded.

Hmmm, my 2004 Avalon does the same thing.🤔

New 2023 F350 shakes/vibrates badly with every imperfection on the road. What can be the cause ? It is not alignments/balancing issues since it won’t do it on smooth roads.
