Tune up and possible transmission issues and a oil leak

Hello scotty so i have a 08 lexus es 350 automatic with 157k miles. Ive had a code reader done at a local auto parts store and no codes at all have popped up. I have a oil leak coming from somewhere but have been told it could be power steering or valve cover leak. No noise when turning or issues when turning. Also changed out the radiator and had a small amount of transmission fluid leak out and the fluid was solid black. Ive been told its ok to leave it as such since its a sealed transmission. Also any ideas or pointers for a tune up? Car drives great really does just want to make it last to atleast 300k

If the fluid in the transmission is black, then it won't make it to 300k. Maybe not even 200k.

Should i have lexus themselves do the transmission fluid swap or can it be done at home? Just windering cause i really want to keep this car. Plan on redoing the whole suspension and figure out what the leak is coming from. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Never have a dealership do any work on your car if it's not under warranty.  You will regret it for a very long time.
