Anything is possible with enough money. You realize you'll have to rebuild the engine with lower compression pistons to account for the added power from the turbo. And about a hundred other things.

You can add a turbo to almost any car. The challenge is, how long can your engine handle the added stress.
Some engines are over engineered and over engineered, like the the infamous 2JZ from Toyota. That can easily take a turbo.
Other engines probably aren’t as over engineered and over built.
