2008 Mazda6 with 143,000 miles. The turn signals are solid and so is the dash indicators. No flashing whatsoever. Bulbs are new and the correct sizes. Hazards and key fobs do not work either. Bought for $900 to do deliveries lol.

Did the problem appear time-related to the change of the bulbs?
I guess all was well as you made your test-drive on purchase?

no, I bought it from a friend. I changed the bulbs troubleshooting.
