Two main air ducts not blowing cold or hot

Hi, I've got an 06 toyota solara 128k miles 4 cylinders, the main ac ducts don't seem to blow air, regardless of weather the ac is on hot ot cold, I have Changed the cabin air filter but that didn't solve it, both fans are working, that has been checked as well.

The side and rear air ducts work just fine, the issue is with the two above the stereo.

Please help

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Stuck blend door or disconnected ducts.

Something fell in and blocked them?

Thanks, I'll try Taking it out tomorrow.

Sometimes, if your dealing with pot holes, railroad tracks and lousy roads, the vibration loosens and disconnects the tubular ducts that are usually poorly connected to the outlets, especially on a 16 year old car.  Usually, you can remove the vent and see if the ducts are attached fairly easily.

Thank you, please do you know of a video that can help me do this relatively easily?

Sorry, no.
