Scotty,
I just bought a 2010 Lexus rx350 with 70,000 miles. In the owners Manuel it suggests 91 gas but I’ve only seen 93 at the gas stations around me. Should I just use the 93 octane instead?

Yes. If you can't find 91, use the 93. You certainly do not want to use 87 or 89.

owners Manuel it suggests 91 gas
if it's only a suggestion, then you can use whatever you like. The engine will adjust.
If you hear too much knocking then go back 91 or higher.

91 and 93 are considered premium depending on what part of the country you're in. Not a problem.....btw, it's manual....not manuel, Manuel is a person's name not a booklet.
