Underneath Rattling Noise after rear shocks wear installed behind the driver's seat on 2103 Chrysler T & C Van with 144,240 miles, Automatic transmission. Rattling when not driving on a smooth road. I took back to the installer, and they stated shocks were ok and I just needed to replace front ones. I left as I did not believe this was true. The noise seems like something is loose and hitting the underside near the driver's side 3rd seat and the side door entrance. IS this due to the installation of the rear shocks as this noise was not there before?
Take it to another shop for a 2nd opinion.

They changed your rear shocks and the car started making a noise. You take it back to find out why and now they want to sell you front shocks, to fix the rattle in the back??? Sounds unprofessional and shady to me.
