Upper control arm squeak after replacing threaded bushcap

Scotty, my b2600 Mazda bravo 1997 4x4 is squeaky following new end caps and rubber caps to hold in grease on the upper control arms. There is no rubber bushing, the caps screw into a threaded  control arm and the inner thread links to a rod which is bolted to the chassis. Bit usual/ old school. All greased up and no noise until under weight. do the rods need seating somehow?

Not really just make sure they're bolted on right and anywhere there is motion you need to grease those parts
