I recently bought a one owner '13 Lexus GS350 F Sport for my son's 16th birthday for a used car dealer in Florida.
It had all the maintenance records from Lexus of West Palm Beach. I noticed it does have the sealed transmission 6 speed unit and per Lexus recommendation, it's fluid doesn't need to be changed for lifetime of vehicle.
It has 160K miles. Shifts perfect. Should I get Lexus to swap the fluid or should I leave it alone. I've heard from Lexus and other mechanics that it can slip and do damage if the fluid is changed (not flushed) or the fluid deposits get upset.
What should I do? Help?
