Hello everyone!
My grandma is looking for a old car , something reliable and not expensive under 5k I’m thinking maybe Buick park avenue or Ford Crown Victoria, I found a few but most of them have +200k miles. Would it be still sold choices even with higher mileage? Also feel free to recommend something else.

I'd try to stay under 200K miles if you can. The probability of expensive problems (particularly transmission failure) goes way up once you hit that kind of mileage. The problem of course is that unless you're real lucky it's tough to find much of anything decent with a $5000 budget.

I think you need to adjust your expectations.
This might have been possible a decade ago.
