I want to buy a Used Honda civic lx 2017 manual from the dealer it has 51000km but I noticed rust on the wheel and the brake pad.
Also the vehicle was wobbling.
The dealer said it has been sitting for a while that is the reason for the rust. I live in canada too.
How can I tell if it's a 4 cylinder engine?
Is there anything else I need to look out for?
All civics are 4 cylinders. I would have a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle.
I wouldn’t worry about the rust, especially if you’re on the east coast. I see new vehicles still on the lot that have been sitting and the brake pads are already rusting. Could be a good car but would bring a mechanic as you said it was wobbling. Could have been wrecked and has a broken suspension part etc. and I wouldn’t trust what carfax or what the dealer says. I would bring a mechanic as you could get ripped off otherwise.
