Using wrong fuel (Diesel instead gasoline)

We have a brand new Dodge challenger scat pack package, 6.4L with 1500 miles. The car is not working and with the dealer for repair because we found the gas station premium fuel is contaminated had a diesel instead of gasoline (gas station’s supplier pumped wrong fuel inside the gas station’s tank).

Dodge dealer wants to clean the challenger’s fuel tannin, pipes, injectors, and sparking plugs. Also they want to replace the fuel pump with fuel filter.

my question, is there any damage I expect will come in the future, engine, catalytic converter, etc. I asked the gas station to take the car and give me a new car but they are refusing and they just want to pay for the repair, towing plus rental

note the car was completely empty and we drove it around 25 miles before it stopped after filling it with the wrong fuel

don't worry about it. 25 miles is nothing.

I agree with @imperator above. As long as you mitigate it as you describe, it should be ok. Unless you had a lot of pre ignition during those 25 miles, the damage is probably insignificant.
Change the oil too, while you are at it.

To be honest, after it stopped my son tried to start the car many times next day. He stopped only after he saw a lot of white smoke started to come out of the exhausts
