I just recently replaced the fuel injectors on my automatic 2000 Honda Civic HX. When starting up the car it’s fine but as soon I accelerate a little at low rpm the engine surges until I reach a high rpm.

Did you replace the fuel injectors to solve this problem?
Looks like Honda uses 2 different fuel injectors in the 1.5L engine. Are the replacement injectors aftermarket or OEM?
Check and see if the throttle plate is dirty. If it is clean. it and retest.
Check for a lazy upstream oxygen sensor.
Check the MAP sensor calibration for your local altitude.
Compare the Coolant Temp Sensor to the actual engine temperature. this will require a scan tool and temp gun.
Unplug the EGR valve and retest. Could be a sign of a catalytic converter starting to plug up.
When were the valves last adjusted?
