As preventative maintenance should I adjust valves on 2007 v6 Honda Accord with 179000 miles? i am not hearing any noise coming from the engine and i drive very little

If it’s never been done before, now is a good time.

Even though you don't hear any noises, it's a good idea to check them. I think Honda's interval is to check every 60-80k miles.

Typically every 60k miles. Time to have them checked.

The maintenance section for your owner's manual will tell you at what mileage intervals to adjust the valves.
