I have a 2005 Chevy Malibu maxx v6 the vapor canister under the car is leaking gas i can not see it very well to see if there's a crack or something in the canister is there any other reason it could leak gas, thanks
eventually it wears out and fills up. Likely from a bad valve.

So do you think the canister needs to be replaced or another part you mentioned a valve?
Once the canister fills up with fuel it's done. But you need to find out why it happened. Is the valve bad or the lines plugged up etc...
@jimkline007 the the vapor canister vent valve is likely not an issue if its leaking fuel. Are you sure its coming from the vapor canister? Check all the fuel lines first and then look for cracks in the tank if its coming from there. Drop the tank if you still can't find the issue and you will likely find the issue then.

Yah the gas drips are right on the bottom of the canister but i can't really see if theres a crack somewhere in it, but isn't it only soppose to have vapors not gas it,
You are right. There should not be any fuel inside the canister.
