Hi! I drive a 2009 Vauxhall (Opel) Corsa D. Manual transmission and 103000 miles on it. After sliding in the snow hitting a steep grass verge with my front left wheel, there has been a knocking/clunking sound somewhere towards the front, when setting off, braking and turning. This happened about 9 months ago, and the car has been driving fine since. No problems with the steering (the hit did knock the wheel alignment out but it was corrected). What could it be and is it worth fixing considering how long it’s been running while knocking? Thank you!
