I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord v6. The car only has 60k miles. I would like to prolong the engine life. I am not concerned about gas mileage. Would installing a VCM bypass be a good idea. I see they make several types. Is there a recommended model. I see the two different models. The S-VCM and the VCMTUNERll. Would this be a good install to keep the engine from being destroyed?

See the cylinder deactivation section of the site knowledge center.
You do not want to use any device that requires a dongle be left permanently in the OBD2 port. That port is meant for diagnostic purposes only, not a gadget that is constantly left plugged in.
@chucktobias Thank you.
