Scotty - I just bought an 01 4Runner with 160k miles. vehicle was sitting in a barn for 5 years not driven with full tank of gas in it. Should i run ATP 205 thru it and Gumout ??

Why? What do you expect those things to do? After sitting for 5 years the gasoline in the tank would have turned into something resembling varnish. (Even if gas stabilizer was added that is typically good for about 2 years, and it probably was not added.)
The old gas needs to be disposed of (contact local fire department) and the entire fuel system needs to be flushed and cleaned out - Gumout is not up to the task. All fluids need to be changed. Tires checked for age and rot. You can try ATP-205 if there are any leaks which might be caused by dried out rubber seals, but there's no reason to use it there is no leakage.
