I'm looking at a Carfax history report of a 2012 Ford E-350 van with no service history between 2015 and 2020. Is this something to be concerned about? What questions should I ask to the private seller of this van?

Clarification: Can’t see the report. It asks me to log in.

I wouldn't worry about it. A lot of independent mechanics don't report to CarFax. Neither do DIY'ers obviously.

it means that if there were any services done, they weren't reported to CARFAX
