Hyundai Veloster 2017 Base Model
Previous Car Accident Hit Drive Door Side
Replaced Rack and Pinion including inner and outer Tie rods both sides
Alignment done - 1.0 difference driver wheel supposed to be within tolerance
Started as inner and outer tie road evolved to rack and pinion 3 alignments and the car still pull to the left under 40 mph
I had done a lot research tried to fill me in with much possible knowledge and I'm leaning towards
Bearing Replacement
Ball Join Replacement
Both Shocks Replacement
I'm desperate, I love the car but I can't deal with the pull left on top of that I have my wife critics about I should have never bought the car 🙁

This may seem a bit over obvious, but I'll ask. Have you taken it to a frame shop?
You can square/align the tires, axles, tie rods, wheels, etc. til Armageddon but if the frame is bent, it will never be right until the frame is just right.
Have the frame checked out by the best, most meticulous shop, a shop that will guarantee their work will fix this before you throw any more parts at it. You can spend a fortune throwing parts at a problem without fixing it, because you don't have an accurate diagnosis.

Take the car to a good alignment shop.
I tried 2 different shops 🙁 nothing so far
Take the car to a body shop to check the car. You may have serious issues with car subframe.

My opinion is to use this opportunity to get rid of it while it’s still worth something.
Theres no telling how much $$$ you might sink into it & still not have it drive straight.
If you must have a Veloster, sell this one & buy another clean one.
