Hey Scotty, love the videos!
I've got a 2015 Toyota RAV4 LE FWD automatic transmission with the 2.5 liter, 4 cylinder 2AR-FE engine. I live in California but recently took a road trip out to Tulsa, Oklahoma and back during the cold weather. I had my oil changed on the way out there while still in CA, the car takes 4.5 quarts 0W-20 SAE oil. When I got back to California, I noticed a very brief rattling noise when I re-started the engine after refueling the vehicle. It's been a few days since then and I've observed that the rattling noise only is heard once the engine is shut off then restarted at operating temperature. It never makes this noise at cold start after sitting for an extended period of time. Any ideas what could be causing this? Could putting in 86 octane gas while driving through some high-altitude states like New Mexico be a factor?
How's our the timing chain is one of the variable Valentine is making a little bit of noise they often do that as they age most people live with them if car runs okay
