When I turn on my heater the car vibrates when I put the car in drive the car vibrates I checked all the motor mounts everything seems to be fine when I’m on the red light and the car is in drive I feel like my door panels are vibrating anything that’s on my seed or in my cupholder starts to vibrate I’m guessing it could be bad spark plugs but the car is New the car only has 40,000 miles on it I just brought it to a mechanic and the mechanic can’t seem to find the problem can anybody help me and tell me what else I should look into I don’t want to keep wasting money please I appreciate it 2017 Nissan rogue basic

No matter what speed it’s on it’s still vibrates a vibrates when I’m in drive on a stop sign or on a red light andMy acceleration is rough when the engine is cold I never had this issue with my previous cars this is a brand new car it’s a three-year-old car
Maybe you have weak alternator. The blower motor is taxing the system and causing engine to run rough. Do the lights dim too?
