I had new tires put on my 2003 buick regal last week, after the service I noticed there was a severe vibration over 65mph. I brought it back and explained the issue.
after some diagnosis they confirmed that one of the tires was not balanced properly and claimed they rebalanced it and that all other tires were balanced perfectly.
I just took it back on the highway after the rebalance and can tell the vibration is better, but around 70mph the vehicle still seems to shake some.
This isn't something I noticed before but I'm wondering if maybe there's another issue going on? I know they said both my front wheel bearings had some play, could that cause this?

Yes, as can worn front end parts. Vibration can also be caused by faulty tires (most common with cheap Chinese tires).
