Hi I drive a 2006 accord with just over 220k miles on it... While servicing parts on the front legs of the car ..the mechanic opened the inner CV joint on the driver's side and added grease to it since then I've noticed a vibration when accelerating at 25-35KM/H once I'm well over or well below these speeds, it doesn't vibrate ....what could be the issue?.

First, check you tire balance.
