Hello Scotty I wanted to ask you, what do you think about a Volkswagen Passat Station Wagon between the years 1998-2005? It is a reliable car or like you say, it is an endless money pit and it is not worth it?

Yes it's an endless money pit and is not worth it. Unless you live in Europe-that's another story.
Thank you for the answer, you are right about living in Europe it should be more easy about maintining european cars. Thank you a lot.
