I'm a 17 year old who is living in Maryland and wanted to know if a 2006 Volvo S40 with under 120,000 miles would be a good beginner car?

Most volvoes are good cars but my brother has one and he,s had a lot of suspension problems snapped springs and struts but to be honest there not as good as the old 240,s full of electrics but in general there ok
