I have bought a Volvo v70 T4 2.4 gasoline engine built in 2011. I have the car for 3 months now and the turbo charger has been changed on it also the oil has been changed.
I have asked a few professionals mechs now and nobody was able to help me.
The car makes a loud whistle noise especially on the first 50 meters when the engine is cold. I press the gaspedal and the noise appears, once I release the pedal the charger gives off air.
This also happens when I am driving faster then first gear, more likely uphill, the sound appears before I am switching to a higher gear. I have uploaded the videos I have made to my YouTube channel.

Did this happen before or after replacing the turbo.
It was there before replacing the turbo, this was the reason why the turbo has been taken out at all. In my opinion the noise got even worse since the new piece is in. It happens most likely around 1700-2500 RPM. Usually before shifting.
Checked the FAQ, no problems similar to mine have been showed
