Volvo xc70 jerk

Hi, I have a 2004 volvo xc70 with 230k miles. The transmission fluid has never been changed but the transmission still shifts good with no slipping. The problem is when I slow down and then accelerate right away the car jerks almost like the torque converter takes to long to engage or its not matching rpms properly. Im almost certain its something to do with the torque converter since engine mounts and cv axles have been recently replaced. Should I try flushing the trans fluid and see if that helps or just replace the torque converter.
