Hi Scotty,
Every time I take my car to the oil change shop the workers will try to use the vacuum to remove the old oil—I always ask they drain it to get all the old oil out. Why do they always attempt to vacuum instead of drain? Is it too much work to take off skid plate or something along those lines?

It's too much work in their lazy swine that's why they do it of course you should empty with a drain plug
