Scotty,
My 2001 Ford F-150 with the 4.6l v8 gave codes for running lean and misfire on cylinder 5. Replaced the PCV hose and it seemed remedy the running lean issue. However, I’ve replaced the plug and pack on cylinder 5, and now my scanner reads a misfire on cylinder 2! They were all replaced about 6 years ago, should I just replace them all again?
Thanks
-Jacob

Start by replacing them and pray it's not damage inside the engine but six years as a reasonable amount of time and things well we're out
