Hi Scotty,
99 Honda Accord, 168k miles, four-cylinder.
Temperature gauge on the dash shows car overheating. This issue only occurs when I drive for 20 minutes then I idle. Recently, the car has been choking when I try to crank it on a cold start.
I replaced both fans, took out the thermostat and replaced the dash. Still over heats. My father thinks it could be the water pump bad blew a head gasket.
why is car saying it’s over heating and why is it choking now when I crank it on a cold start?
