Hello,
2005 Chrysler 300 3.5L
For about a month or so I wasn't getting any heat in my car but living in Florida it really didn't matter so much so I didn't pay much mind to it.
So a couple of days ago I had my radiator go bad and all the antifreeze poured out and the car came to a dead stop. I then replaced the radiator and found that the water pump was bad so I replaced it and the thermostat I have burped the system and ran the car and the temp gauge seemed to be where it should be (mid range) but what I noticed was that if I open the radiator cap all the coolant gushes out, (Normal???) I then notice was that my radiator fans weren't kicking on I by passed the relays and went straight to the battery and found that the fans do work (need to look at relays i think) but that didn't help with the water coming out of the reservoir when the cap is removed. But even after replacing the radiator the water pump and the thermostat I still am getting no heat and I think, I think it is still overheating.

Of course it's normal for coolant to spray out, assuming the engine is at operating temperature. The cooling system is pressurized after all.

The sensor that triggers them may be bad, could also be a wiring or relay problem. You need to do basic electrical troubleshooting, preferably using a circuit diagram.

Check your heater shutoff valve, if so equipped, for proper operation. It's also possible your heater core is clogged or blend door in the dashboard not operating properly.
I think it is still overheating.
Why, if the temperature gauge is indicating in the normal range?
