VW GOLF PLUS NOISE
Hi Scotty hope u are well.Greetings from Ireland.Quick question,slight rattle noise on idling,seems to reduce when driving at least can't hear it so easy,,,on pressing the clutch seems to reduce a lot.Its an old golf 200.000 km.year 2006.its slight rattling noise ,,,went to mechanic said might be gearbox bearing.Changing gear no problem.Its Driving ok.Noise from front of car not back.Any idea plus cost involved

Here's the thing. Noises can come from anywhere. So watch my video finding a source of car noises. Scotty. It's on YouTube. You could buy a machine like that. There are many at Amazon sells. It cost even less than when I used and that will pinpoint any noise. Then you go from there
