About 5 months ago you made a video with a silver mk5 GTI. You put an oil additive it to help break down carbon build up. I'm just wondering how affective it was. If it did work well and slowed down oil consumption, I plan on doing this to my vw mk5 GTI.

Well it works great for cleaning now if your rings are stuck from carbon it can help but on the other hand if you're piss the rings are physically worn out it won't help at all because the metals worn out the cleaner is only to remove carbon that makes them stick
