Want change out of 1st gear tried everything different transmission new wiring harness new sensors

Realize those had the worst automatic transmissions that were all computer controlled now you said you put another transmission in but if it was used didn't they very well be. Well those are all computer control and the main computer controls the transmission so we could easily have a bad main computer if another transmission is doing the same exact thing
