Water From Evaporator Drain With heater On?

Scotty I just did a coolant drain and fill on my wife's 2007 Avalon. While I was adding coolant with the heater on I noticed that cold water was coming out of the the AC evaporator drain. The AC was not on and I noticed that when I turned the heater off the water drip stopped. When I turned it on the water started dripping again. I thought that the heater core was leaking but it was not coolant which is red and the water which was quite cold. AC was not on and the low pressure lines were not sweating. What is going on here? My wife just drove the car about 15 mins before with the AC on. Is this just residual condensation from the evap?

Pretty sure you have a drain tube that is partially clogged.
