Hi all, I have a 2021 Honda Civic that got about an 1” of water in the rear drivers side floor board area. The water has sloshed around to the front when my daughter drove it home. Other than doing what I have, which is vacuuming out the water and lifting the carpet so I can blow air underneath the carpet, is there anything else I should do?
Thanks
Check the door deals and door drains. Does your car have sunroof?
It has a sunroof. I have the plastic covers pulled off so I can point air movers under the carpet.
You may have clogged sunroof drains. There should be four of them. You will find videos on YouTube how to unclogged them
My bad, I know where the water came from. The street flooded due tho that tropical storm that just hit. My daughter got it off the street and into the driveway but not before some water got into the cabin of the car. I checked the oil and that’s fine. I was more concerned about any electronics that may be located that low. So far, all I can find that has halos that the carpet was soaked.
