On June 12 I bought a use 2014 Chevy traverse with 96,000 miles automatic from a Chevy dealership . On jume 15 i when to a store that had a down hill parking lot . Came back from the store and put the traverse into reverse and it wouldn’t go back . The hand Break was not on . Eventually After turning off the vehicle and AGAIN putting it in reverse it finally went back but with lil power . Same thing happen again at the same spot 3’days later . Both times I call the sales guy at Chevy your and explain what will happen . Of course He did it have a clue . A week pass and I was at a red light on a hill . And the traverse would it go up the hill at the light . What could I do So the dealership can fix this problem! Do you think it’s the transmission ??
is there enough transmission fluid in it?
Look in your paperwork. The vehicle must have come with sort of guarantee that it has no problems out the door. Let the dealership figure it out.
Talk to the dealer and see what they say. If they deny, have an independent pro mechanic to check the transmission.
Thank you sure well tomorrow morning I’m doing that
Good luck. Keep us posted.
I took it to the dealership last week and they said they drove it for about 50 miles and they couldn’t find anything ! Yesterday on a curve the Front left brake made a grinding sound. Also when I come to a complete stop and put the car in park and let go of the break the Car jerk back and forth ! Idk what’s going on with this car
Ask for the manager of the dealer and talk to him about the issues. Also make videos of the issues and show them to the dealer.
