My husband takes what you say as full truth!  And if you say it he will listen.

So I have an "09 Acura TL with 118,000 miles.  I love my car and it has always while I've owned it had the scheduled oil changes and other maintenance, fixes etc, except.

I'm concerned about the transmission, no issues at all, however You said, change that fluid, but no flushing.  Right? So, I want to change the transmission fluid soon.  

Is it the truth that if the transmission fluid has never been changed then to leave it alone, because there is a chance that with new fluid then the transmission will fail to engage?  Could it seize up tight with new fluid?  Have you ever come across this?  I want my Acura to last forever.....or close to it.

Oh, and since my husband listens to you, will you tell him that yardwork is a wonderful chore (mowing, raking, trimming and clearing out the flower beds) It's always a source of contention between us for over 35 years now. 😉
