Hey Scotty,
What website(s) would I go to find out what cars/models/years have oil consumption issues, and other common mechanical, electrical and other miscellaneous issues?

Though it takes your time and effort and the information is not necessarily listed all in one spot, I would also recommend looking at the car forums for that make/model/generation to see what issues people have encountered.
