I have a 2020 automatic corella le. With the car off and if I push the turn signal the tack needle will fluctuate for a second or two. If I try it right after it will do nothing. If I wait a longer time , perhaps 20 minutes, the needle will fluctuate again. During this whole time the car is never started. It does not seem to be causing any problems but I am wondering why it does it in the first place.
