Weird grinding/knocking noise coming from car when slowing down/reversing

I've got a weird sound coming from what sounds like the centre of my car. I drive a 2003 subaru impreza 2.5rs (Automatic) with 297000km on it. I currently have the cv joint ticking when I turn but just tonight when I was driving straight. Mostly when I was slowing down from great speeds or even when I started reversing into my driveway, I would hear this grinding/knocking sound coming from my car. I could even feel my car vibrate quite a bit. I was thinking it might be the transmission judging by the locations I thought the sound was coming from but I couldn't really isolate the sound. I have a sound recording of the problem as well as a video

I didnt know how to upload files so I decided to upload the video to YouTube

Sounds like a cv axle is Slightly bent.

Also when is the last time you put new tires on and had them balanced? Similar noises can happen like this.

Good luck my friend.

Last time I changed the wheels were about a month and a half ago when I bought some used rims with used tyres. I've been meaning to buy a new set of tyres too. I was thinking it was the cv joint. Just hoping it's not another problem

I have compiled another video. It doesnt seem to be the cv axle. I replace the front 2. Got new tyres and wheels are in good condition. I also checked the u joint.
