2002 Ford F-150 squeaking when turning

I have a 2002 ford f150 xl  229,000 there's a squeaking coming from the front worse when making a turn

Does it make the noise when you’re turning while accelerating hard from a stop? 

Can you make a video & post the link here?

Check for any worn strut rubber mounts/bushings too.

If it’s a clicking noise, it’s probably your CV joints.

If the vehicle is stopped and squeaks when turning the steering wheel, you may have a dry ball joint. Raise the front wheels , both sides, off the ground and try to turn the wheels by hand, left to right, right to left. If this proves to be difficult you may have a dry, frozen, ball joint.

Wheel bearings worn out.

Strut spring...they usually break near the bottom coils of the spring.

If it also steers hard...the steering shaft that connects the steering wheel to the gear box is non-greaseable. At this many miles if it hasn't been changed it should be.
