I have 2007 honda accord, a week ago i found out that the back passenger side seat carpet is wet, only this area is wet .rest of the car is dry , the trunk the under side of spare wheel , front seat carpets , back seat driver side are all dry , its not the ac , as i checked the water dropping rate when ac is running plus i left it stand in rain for 2 days and water level rose, what can be the most probable cause, thanks

Check door seals that side and sunroof. Use some painters tape to tape them off, leave in rain again (after drying floorboard). Will validate or eliminate.

Check the sunroof drains, if you have sunroof though.
