I have a 2021 Subaru Outback. During a hard rain water leaks into the drivers side floorboard. Has been back to the dealer once and repaired by changing out some kind of door seal. Problem persists and am waiting to hear from the dealer. Even if successfully fixed should I be concerned about hidden damage from this leaking. The water has over run the rubber floor mats soaking the carpet a couple of times. I have found that numerous others have had this problem with the Outback, sometimes on the passenger side, sometimes on the driver's side. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks
Should be dealer fixed under warranty.
As he said, the dealer couldn't fix it yet.

Reminds me of how Jaguar had a bulletin with 20 causes as for how water could get into XJ.
