Focus RS down on power

Hey Scotty,

Love the content, keep it up!

I've got a 2017 RS that I've had sense 2,200 mi on the odometer, or about three years. Now has 41,xxx on it.

Mods:
K&N cold air
aFe Takeda cat back
Whiteline springs
Tune (extra pops & burbles) by Stratified Auto via Accessport

Had the head gasket replaced shortly after purchase and the RS has been pretty great until...
Car threw the P0420. Cleared the code and it came back after ~6 weeks. Cleared the code, has not come back.
~6 weeks ago, P0303, misfire in cylinder three. Also had strange idle at startup, sounded like it was down a cylinder.

Changed the plugs and changed to a more conservative tune, Stratified minus the extra pops and burbles.

Fast forward to now, no codes, but it seems to hesitate at acceleration and what I can describe as longer than normal boost pressure release. After throttle release, I hear the normal pssssssh, but after, sounds like a slower, quieter whoosh.

I'm not sure if it's the cat, air recirc valve, or something else.

At this point, I'm thinking of changing out the stock recirc. Any other ideas?

Well I'll tell you when you start doing those mods like you do everything is thrown out the window when it comes to data analysis. I would have to personally hook it up to a fancy machine I have an analyzed what's happening if you're near Clarksville I do that free if not try to find a good mechanic who will analyze it with a road test with his fancy scan tool show you the data and explain what's going on
