1994 Ford Probe Gt 2.5L V6. These two pulleys are making noise when they are spinning and need to be replaced. What are these called?

it says right on your diagram .... tensioner

Looks like a tensioner and an idler.
if the diagram is correct, and there's adjustment screws on both, then technically they would both be tensioners
I saw that and it seemed a bit odd to have two tensioners, but yes if the diagram is accurate that would be the case.
