I installed a new air filter and MAF (non-OEM, if it matters, but new from auto store) and cleaned throttle body, but still have code. It seems to show up when temperatures outside are above 40 deg F.

Always buy OEM sensors. You’re gambling with aftermarket parts with things like sensors.
