My name is matthew, I have a 2015 Volkswagen beetle classic with an automatic transmission i bought it with 53,000 miles used, ive owned it for a little over 4 months now and my ignition has days were when i go to start the car the key wont turn unless i move the steering wheel a certain way ive experienced it with my previous cars but its a lot worse with this one ive had too put it in the shop twice (carmax) already because of a faulty oil pan that was causing it to leak oil they changed the drain plug thinking that was the problem and even told me it was fixed and i found it leaking oil again relatively around the same amount it was the first time i sent it to the shop, they ended up sending it to another shop to get fixed and it fixed the oil leak but now its going into the shop because the window regulator went out what should i do, i have a crappy track record with buying cars ive owned 4 within two years my first car had issues when i bought it and eventually the problems became to much and it cost more to fix it than the car was worth so i traded it in for a 2006 honda accord with around 160,000 miles on it and after three months it caught on fire because the alternator, and then shortly after getting it fixed because of the small damage that the fire caused it was still drivable but then the engine blew about 5 months later,

Well as you find out they are piles of junk that's why they don't make them anymore. But your steering column lock assembly is starting to break down if you got to keep wiggling at the turn the key that would be the next expensive thing to fix
