Have you inspected the cooling system for a loose clamp? Has any service been done on the cooling system to date? Sometimes coolant leaks evaporate before you can catch them especially since coolant is mostly water.

Did you check the radiator cap?

How much coolant reduction are you talking about?

Your car is almost new with very low mileages and since it is Toyota, I don't think you have coolant loose due to its burning. but you can check the head gasket situation by using the kit from Amazon.

Might try some coolant specific dye you can buy off amazon for around 10 bucks, get a special uv glasses and look around all the hoses, the engine, and also the radiator. It could very well be a simple weld in the radiator that is seeping and evaporating. Had it happen to me once exactly the same issue your having.

Your car should be under warranty. Why don't you make a complaint about it?

Otherwise, maybe one of the latest Scotty's videos will help you: https://youtu.be/7MjUNqtWCn8
